ORDERS, PRICE AND PAYMENT

This web site offers secure online shopping facilities.

All products and services sold shall be subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale

Payment for the products or services shall be made in full before physical delivery of products or services. Customer shall bear all country, provincial, government, state and local sales, use, goods and services, value added, excise, privilege and similar levies/taxes.

DEFECTS AND DAMAGE

You should inspect the goods on delivery (whether delivered via online download or by courier) and shall within 2 days of delivery, notify RHF of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, or damage.Unless the Customer notifies RHF to the contrary within 2 days of delivery and such notification is confirmed in writing within 7 days, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer. The Customer shall not be entitled to withhold payment of all or any of the price of the products whilst any claim is being investigated by RHF.

If the buyer fails to comply with these provisions the goods shall be conclusively presumed to be free from any defect or damage which would be apparent on a reasonable examination of the goods and the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. If required by RHF the buyer may need to return damaged goods to RHF before a replacement is dispatched.

LIABILITY

The liability of RHF shall be limited to the value of any product supplied. RHF shall be under no liability whatever to the buyer for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the buyer arising out of a breach by RHF of this agreement.

ONLINE DELIVERY POLICY

Products on this web site are delivered to you online once unless otherwise stated. This means that you either automatically download them as soon as your credit card payment has been automatically processed and authorised by the bank OR you will be sent an email containing the download information when –

i) your cheque has cleared, or

ii) a direct credit to our bank account has been received and reconciled to your order, or

iii) your credit card payment has been manually processed and authorised by the bank

COURIER DELIVERY POLICY

Deliveries are currently only made to New Zealand addresses.

All prices displayed on the web site include delivery UNLESS special delivery conditions are requested by the customer.
